1.    5:00 to 5:05 : Welcome /Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance – PTA President Kim Ault

 

2.    5:05 to 5:10 Treasurer’s Report (proposed budget, audit report, motions to adopt) – PTA President Kim Ault or Treasurer Takisha Bryson

 

3.    5:10 to 5:15: Correspondence and report copies/EC or BOD report/Standing Committee Reports – Treasurer/President

 

4.    5:15 to 5:20: New Business- (fundraiser, 2014-2015 election of the PTSA nominating committee) – Kim Ault

 

5.    5:20 to 5:25 -  News from the Principal, NPTA, GPTA and council

 

6.    5:25 to 5:30 - Question and answer period – Kim Ault/ Principal Davidson
